1st class learning center is an allied health education center. The school is located in Houston TX on the Southwest side. The school currently offers 3 allied health programs. The Phlebotomy program, the Patient Care Tech program, and the EKG program. With each program you will be offered CPR Certification, and job placement assistance. 1st Class Learning Center has a 100% passing rate of all state exam certifications.
